Okay this is a really cool and really freaky optical illusion.
Technically it’s known as “Flashed face distortion effect: Grotesque faces from relative spaces” but that’s a mouthful and a bit technical sounding so personally I’m just calling it the “Wow humans have really freaking weird brains” illusion.
Feel free to adopt this name for yourself as well. It kind of has a ring to it don’t you think?
