This magical time lapse video was shot from the Canary Islands between April 4th and the 11th of this year by Terge Sorgjerd.
Not only do you get a goosebump-inducing view of the amazingly gorgeous Milky Way Sorgjerd managed to accidentally capture a beautifully backlit sandstorm passing across the Shara Desert on April 9th (at 0:32). When the storm hit at 3 AM he was convinced his footage from the evening would be ruined, but instead he got the incredible shots of the storm passing by.
The beautiful mountains in the background are the El Teide.
