“Sea Chair” serves as a wordless reminder about the consequences of our plastic habit
It’s beautiful, heart-breaking, and perhaps even a bit hopeful… all at the same time.
The sea chair that gives the film its title, is created entirely out of plastic recovered from our oceans.>
If you’ve never read about the North Atlantic garbage patch, the Great Pacific Garbage Patch and the Indian Ocean garbage patch it’s worth taking a little time to do that now. (Those links will get you started but there’s LOTS more to be found with a simple Google search.)
It’s truly shocking what we’ve done to our oceans, and to our planet.

I may be off base. But I'm going to go out on a limb here. I've seen FAR more support being expressed for Pelosi than bashing out there. I think, in this case, the ageist, sexist folks have been drowned out by those who appreciate all she's done for us. This pleases me.
@faryl Oh my gawd *swoon* they're adorable.
