A Classic Tale for the Ages: Cat versus Dog

Square

aka “Dog, I am SO not amused”

In a tale as old as the domestication of the feline and the canine they have been sworn mortal enemies. Waging war against one another, competing for the affections and food of their human companions.

Somewhere around 8,000 years ago in ancient Mesopotamia the cat first allowed itself to be domesticated. This was probably a good  5,000 to 6,000 years later than the dog: something the cat never lets the dog live down and something the dog never lets the cat forget.

Witness four modern retellings of that time-honored tale of species war, Cat versus Dog

And a bonus Cat vs Dog vs Ferret (no soundtrack, but heck its a cat, a dog and a freaking ferret!!)
